**Main Purpose (Intent)**:

- ∙To provide 1st class **information, advice and guidance** (IAG) to adults using a range of communication methods and styles to **suit individual needs**.
- ∙To progress **timely** to enrolment, those individuals’ once **personalised** goals have been discussed and agreed.
- ∙To deliver a service with **integrity** and **passion**, building positive relationships and rapport.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities of Role (Implementation)**:

- ∙Produce **high quality action plans** for each client and ensure the levels of service in initial
- interactions achieve customer satisfaction.
- ∙Establish, **build, support** and manage stakeholder relationships, acting as a main point of contact (where appropriate).
- ∙Carry out associated administration work in a timely fashion to include the accurate updating of our CRM system.
- ∙Collect and analyse management information to **evaluate** own service delivery
- ∙Carry our timely and effective audit and review of own records.
- ∙Proactively manage the workflow of IAG delivery sessions to ensure the **engagement** of a high proportion of individuals to progress according to their own **intent**.

**Standard Think Responsibilities**:

- ∙Ensure delivery exceeds **Ofsted** and **Matrix** minimum standards, and is compliant with ESFA and GMCA funding rules.
- ∙Take part in local/national stakeholder events to positively promote our services and build stakeholder confidence and trust.
- ∙Take part in **observations**, and act positively on feedback, including CPD.
- ∙Follow current procedures to carry out **initial screening, assessment of needs**, learning styles and ability to undertake required learning content that clearly identifies the learner’s **motivation** for learning and future **career aspirations**.
- **∙*Plan and arrange or facilitate interventions with learners to develop their employability and/or soft skills to underpin their future career aspirations, in either a 1:1 or group setting, **digitally* or **face to face.**:

- ∙Keep up-to-date with **Think Employment policies and procedures**, as well as other **industry standards** to ensure that you are working within the appropriate framework and guidelines for our team to deliver a high-quality service offer.
- ∙Follow guidance and procedures for **reporting incidents** - such as safeguarding, prevent and health and safety - to ensure that the Designated Officers/Management Team can adhere to legislative reporting requirements.
- ∙Promote **equality of opportunity** for all.

- ∙**Act as an ambassador** for Think Employment role modelling published company values, and ensuring you always remain professional in attitude and personal presentation.

- ∙**Communicate clearly and professionally** with other colleagues across the business.
- ∙Adhere to **data information security and protection** (including GDPR) regulations when handling sensitive and personal information

**Success Measures for Role (Impact)**:

- ∙Achieve a high retention and progression rate of learners transitioning through IAG that are involved in training/learning.
- ∙Support learners to achieve a positive attitude to learning and life, supporting their progress with robust on-going careers information, advice and guidance.
- ∙Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
