**Accounts Payable Clerk - Hybrid working - Monday to Friday - Temporary**

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to work for our client on a temporary basis in Diss, Norfolk.

This is a hybrid role with the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week.

**Hours**

Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. 37.5 hours per week.

Pay will be dependent on experience.

**Main duties and responsibilities include**:

- Oversight and processing of supplier invoices and employee expense claims including credit cards
- Weekly payment runs
- Liaising with Operations Team as required to understand and resolve issues associated with payment processes
- Oversight and dealing with queries and escalations
- Establishing and monitoring invoice processing volumes, invoice backlogs, late payments and query volumes and response times.
- Supplier statement reconciliation and debit balances
