Connections Coordinator

**Connections Coordinator** required. Our client is a specialist electrical contracting business, with nominations for such awards as electrical contractor of the year, looking for a Connections Coordinator in the Hertfordshire area to jointhe team within the commercial sector. This role has come around due to the growth of the business.

**Connections CoordinatorPosition Overview**
- Develop and act as main point of contact and maintain good levels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders from initial engagement to provide a seamless introduction to the company and the requirements for a new connection.
- Assisting the estimating department in inbound sales enquires and final proposal submissions including assisting with enquiries and returns from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Initiate internal handover meetings once projects have been awarded and are responsible for taking and circulating minutes including documentation.
- Liaise, monitor and manage design submissions between DNOs and/or IDNOs.
- Liaise with Clients in relation to any wayleave or easement requirement by DNOs and/or IDNOs.
- Liaise with clients to book site visits between Team Members.

**Connections CoordinatorPosition Requirements**
- 3 years + experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate knowledge and experience of at least 2 years within a DNO or IDNO-relevant role (ideally)
- Ability to read and understand drawings.
- Have a confident telephone manner with excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to nurture and build on established / good working relationships with clients / DNO / IDNO.
- Good planning, diary management and computer skills
- Knowledge of Section 50 notices and permits advantageous
- Knowledge of the electrical industry advantageous

**Connections CoordinatorPosition Remuneration**
- Salary: £28,000- £35,000 depending on experience. (High end based on having direct electrical DNO experience etc.)
- Working hours: 8am
- 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
- Holiday Package: 20 days annual holiday + bank holidays.
- Government pension scheme.
