**About the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort**
We are looking for Wardrobe Coordinator to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to two awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO® brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
**About the role of Wardrobe Coordinator**
Our small (but mighty) Wardrobe Team look after the distribution and collection of uniform, lanyards, and ID for all of our staff members across the resort, including external contractors and visiting employees from the wider Merlin group. You’ll meet each and every new colleague as they begin their journey with us on their induction day, having prepped for their arrival you’ll present them with all the required uniform for their role along with their LEGO name badge - an exciting moment for anyone working at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort
Working with the Wardrobe Manager you will uphold and expand our existing uniform supplier relationships to maintain stock levels, planning ahead for busy periods where we have a large influx of seasonal new starters. You’ll be supporting the Wardrobe Manager to look after the existing Wardrobe team, ensuring they have all the tools needed to deliver their roles successfully, and suggesting new and innovative ways of developing and celebrating this excellent back of house team.
You’ll be an ambassador for excellent uniform standards across the resort, holding spot checks and coaching where necessary to ensure all of our guest facing colleagues are presentable, adhering to hygiene safety protocols and treating their uniform with care, laundering returned items and undertaking small sewing repairs for both host uniform and Entertainment costumes.
**About You**
- Previous experience working in either a Wardrobe or Warehouse setting, with a comprehensive understanding of stock management and budget tracking
- Ideally, you’ll have led a small team before and have experience with coaching, giving feedback and motivating people to excel
- We think it would be great if you have previous experience with sewing, clothing repair and stain removal
