About the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be directly responsible as Brand Owner by planning the sales strategies on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis and executing those plans to achieve sales and growth targets.
- You will be responsible for PnL of each ecommerce platform we are currently selling, budgeting and generating reports through softwares and running day to day operations on all channels.
- You will be optimising the SEO of e-commerce listings for each platform to increase our search results share by detailed and comprehensive keyword research with tools like Helium10 and Google Keyword Planner and using these Keywords in frontend and backend of listings by identifying important high, medium & low volume keywords to target and implementing a strategy to build rank for these and strategic keywords placement.
- You will be using tools like Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon Search Query Performance, Google Data Studio Analytics, Terepeak for eBay, and BigCommerce built in tools to undertake market research, competitor analysis on product and category levels, traffic and conversions data, sales and units sold, forecasting inventory planning and launching of new products by this set of data to interpret metrics and KPIs.
- You will be balancing the organic and paid traffic on each product level as per their stage like launch, maturity, dominance for increasing our market share along with maintaining PnL.
- You will be providing plans to improve conversion rates by suggesting changes to listings and running AB Tests like title, bullet points, search terms, content and creative media, pricing, listing variations additions, etc.
- Improving products, pricing offers, packaging based on customers reviews and feedback to avoid returns, increasing conversions and customer positive experience.
- You will be opening cases with the support team of platforms we are selling for any occurring issue to address and ensure all our listings offering are active.
- You will be improving workflows in a team to fill resource gaps and giving directions to remote freelance teams for social media posts and content, media creatives, buyers queries and for managing returns, inventory demand, inventory shipment plans and discrepancy. You will be using Linnworks which is connected to all our ecommerce channels for managing inventory, orders processing and shipping on SKU level.
- We are globally expanding our brand this year 2024, starting from USA and Germany and want you to handle and execute the plans to enter in these markets starting from Amazon marketplace.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in English Language
- Expertise in leading across multiple teams and integrating key marketing functions, including demand generation, marketing communications, customer marketing, brand management, and product marketing.
- History of building, developing and growing e-commerce brands.
- Consistent track record of scaling positive organisational cultures with a focus on diversity and inclusion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated expert-level listening skills in English Language.
- Strong presentation skills to represent our brand with internal and external audiences.
- Excellent leadership and influencing skills; ability to build strong business partnerships outside and within the organisation.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a rapidly changing, high-growth environment.
- 4-5 years of consistently demonstrated success leading global, top-performing marketing teams within high-growth environments.
- Experience in marketing Tech products with a proven growth track record.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in e-commerce brand management, preferably in the Pets Category.
- Confident user of Google Suite like Google Sheets, Drive, Docs and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiar with Project Management tools, ASANA / ClickUp.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, Audience Segmentation and targeting.
- Data interpretation, data mining, and utilisation use various tools to aid the direct in decision-making.
- In-depth and Detail-oriented insights and reporting.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills.
- Learning mindset to adapt to changes.

What we offer
- A starting salary of £29,500 to £32,000 depending on experience
