Trademark Attorney

Are you a Qualified Trademark Attorney looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Trade Mark Attorney, to help manage the international trade mark portfolios for our clients and to further develop the services we offerto those clients.
- A Qualified Trade Mark Attorney - We are recruiting at all levels: Associate, Senior Associate and Partner
- You will have good knowledge of all aspect of trade mark and design portfolio managements; disputes before EU and UKIPO and working with foreign agents
- A forward thinker, with excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills, you will be self-motivated with the ability to manage workloads and deadlines
- You will have experience assisting clients with the full range of IP rights including trademarks, patents, designs and copyright, as well as trade secrets and breach of confidence
- You must have a good knowledge of Trade Mark and Design law, the registration process and the process of Opposition, Revocation and Invalidity actions
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of your client’s business needs, and act in the best interest of the firm and the client
