**Reporting to the Office Manager you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties...**
- Purchase payments - ensuring supplies are paid correctly and on time.
- Reconciling supplier statements, inputting, and allocating payment
- Customer Receipts - inputting and allocating customer receipts.
- Responding to and following up enquiries
- To communicate effectively, liaise and negotiate internally and externally to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.
- Maintaining a high level of customer service for customers and suppliers
- Telephone duties
- Attending training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.
- Adhering to health and safety policy, and other company standards and requirements

**Your skills & experience**
- Experience of working in an administration role (Essential)
- Experience working in a finance admin/ accounts assistant position (Desirable)
- Have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent company with a great reputation on the local market
