Our client is a well-established manufacturer and retailer. They are looking for an Administrator with Customer Service / Telephone experience to join their team, to develop and grow as the business does. The Administrator will have a very varied role, providing general support in a number of areas, including; Sales, Administration, Retail, Online Development, and Social Media.

They are looking for someone with at least 2 years working experience in an Office Administrator / Admin Assistant role, who also has experience of speaking with customers either on the phone or face to face. Examples of similar roles could be; Sales Order Processor / Customer Service Advisor / Sales Administrator / Receptionist.

**Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.15pm (1 hour for lunch unpaid).**

**Salary is £11.00 per hour.**

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- General Office Admin
- Price Checking
- Supplier price matching
- Supporting Head of Business development
- Supporting Buyers
- Social media (Facebook, posting and responding to queries)
- Organising H&S documentation, (not creating but ensuring everyone has signed everything, all docs are the correct date etc.)
- Booking in stock
- Taking incoming calls
- Debt chasing

**Requirements**:

- You will have at least 2 years working experience in an Administrative role, with experience of dealing with customers on the phone, or face to face.
- Familiarity with Social Media platforms, as you will be responding to posts and messages (Facebook, maybe others)
- You must have eagerness to learn and progress, as the role offers an opportunity to develop in a multitude of directions.
