**Production Line Leader**

**Location -Sittingbourne**

**£11.50 per hour**

**38.5 hrs per week**

**Shifts - 4 days on, 4 days off - 7:30 am to 8 pm**

**Do you have Production line supervisor experience?**

**Have you managed a team of operatives successfully in production settings?**

If successful you will be responsible for a highly motivated team and directing, and coaching to a winning result.

You will be supporting the section planner and have an eye for minimising waste and cost while developing and promoting high standards of the end product.

**As Production Line Leader you will be responsible for**
- Ensuring the KPIs of the section are met
- All H&S is observed and adhered to
- Coaching and training team members where required
- Ensure a safe workable section with accountability with individuals including PPE
- Drive the expected company standards and ideals
- Ensure works orders are completed in a timely fashion to standard
- Keep the team updated with huddles and new processes
- Maintain a clean food environment
- Work to continuous improvement ideology
- Maintain all hygiene levels in section and team
- Leading by example and ensuring reporting documentation is kept accurate and current
- Check line for maintenance issues

**Ideal skills required**
- Previous supervisory experience is essential for this role
- The ability to lead by example and coach people is also essential
- Knowledge of H&S at work is highly desirable
- Previous experience in a food production setting would be highly beneficial
- Must be an excellent and confident communicator
