We are working with a leading manufacturing company who are looking to employ a Marketing and Communications Specialist on an ongoing, temporary basis. This is an immediate-start role, where you’d be required to travel to their Hockley-Heath based offices Monday to Friday. This is a full-time position, with a 7.5 hour working day. Our client is looking to pay between £35,000 to £45,000 per annum.

**Responsibilities of the Marketing and Communications Specialist may include**:

- Ownership and overseeing of the development of the company’s website and social media presence through partnering with external experts.
- Develop and maintain websites to achieve company’s wider objectives. Overseeing web-based aspects of marketing campaigns.
- Day-to-day management of social media.
- Collaborating with key sales stakeholders to align the digital marketing plan to sale initiatives.
- Ensuring all printed materials are updated and aligned with company branding.
- Plan and execute the distribution of marketing materials for customers via direct and indirect channels.
- Champion the customer initiative through working with key stakeholders to review and act upon customer’s feedback.
- Support sales teams with marketing action plans and help to develop the customer proposition.
- Planning and organisation of both online and off-line activities.
- Conduct surveys and analyse the results.

**To be considered for the role of Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will require**:

- 2+ years’ experience in Marketing.
- The ability to recommend and deliver a marketing strategy.
- The ability to stay up to date with marketing trends.
- Creative writing and campaign creation.
- Knowledge of social media.
- Proactive and able to put unique ideas forward.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Solihull, B91 3RB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
