**Here's a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role**:

- Working closely with our varied range of suppliers, always warm, professional and thorough
- You’ll be liaising with our buyers, accurately sharing stock reports and placing orders
- Responsible for conducting stock counts, you’ll ensure any variances are within our set parameters
- Raising purchase orders, matching goods receipted, processing invoices, interacting with and building strong working relationships with our Finance team
- Coordinating with the Customs department, managing the release of specific goods and paying any duties
- Arranging shipments and collections including all appropriate documents, with the highest attention to detail
- Supremely organised, you’ll make sure every element of our operation is slick with all related documentation and spreadsheets up to date
- A key member of the team, you’ll also proactively support your colleagues with deliveries received
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations, playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

**The kind of person we're looking for**:

- Ideally, you have experience in a similar role with a great record in customer experience and working with back-office systems
- You’re extremely organised with a good working knowledge of Microsoft systems and a whiz with Excel
- Always motivated to work through and prioritise your tasks, you’ll possess an immense sense of pride in your work
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual with an eagle eye for detail
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
