At La Storia, you will not just be joining a great business to work for, but a business that is growing every year with recording our best ever year-to-date in 2023. Because of this, we are recruiting one individual to be part of our team in a full time or part time Supervisor role.

Management experience is not essential, however, we do require restaurant experience. You will be required to carry out all front of house duties but with a particular emphasis a high level of service for both yourself and other employees whilst developing our brand with other senior members of staff.

The Job:
- Contracted 30 hours per week (full time) or 20 hours (part time), paid hourly at £11.70
- Great gratuity structure via a tronc scheme adding between £4-£6ph onto your wage
- Working Wednesday - Sunday
- Fun environment to work in
- Great perks with discount on food and drinks

Your responsibilities:
- Become a leader for other staff members
- Work well with three other front of house management members (essential)
- Follow strict hygiene practices
- Improve day-to-day running of the restaurant
- Create a warm and friendly environment for all customers and staff members
