Responsibilities:

- Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the kitchen staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Ensure all food storage areas are clean and properly organized
- Dispose of waste and recyclables properly
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries
- Follow all health and safety regulations

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or hospitality environment is preferred but not required
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and cooking techniques is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness

Please note that this position may require standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects. Additionally, flexibility in working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.

Pay: £6.40-£11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brigg: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
