Renewals Advisor

Here at **Compliance Group Electricals Ltd**, we’re seeking a **Renewals Coordinator** to join our team based in **Watton, Thetford or Grantham**.You’ll be responsible for ensuring all of our customers are contacted to rebook their electrical testing compliance appointments. Your ability to converse and engage with people will be ‘superpower’ along with your eagerness to build on business by offering additional services.

**What we offer**:
**Key areas of responsibility**:

- Contact and speak directly to our customers via the telephone or Teams
- Communicate their renewal date for electrical testing and organise a convenient date for our engineers to visit.
- Provide re-quotes to each returning customer
- ‘Up sell’ other compliance services that we provide to our exiting customer base

**Experience required for the role**:

- Previous experience in a largely office based customer service role preferred, may be you’ve been in a similar role before where you’ve been responsible for customer retention and customer focused business growth
- Strong IT skills required and attention to detail when updating the customer database
- A bright, persuasive personality where you genuinely enjoy communicating with a myriad of customers
- A confident, professional telephone manner and able to engage quickly with a vast array of people
