My client is a long established and highly reputable independent managing agent overseeing a prime London block portfolio (with growing commercial element) from a prestigious Pimlico (SW1) office base.

With evolving legal obligations relating to Fire Risk and Health & Safety underpinned by my client’s own commitment to managing its portfolio to the highest possible standards, they now seek a Fire Risk / Health & Safety Coordinator as follows:

- EITHER a Fire Risk Assessor looking to come "off the tools" or a Property Manager with a strong Fire Risk Assessment /Health &Safety background keen to manage compliance/contractors instead of a portfolio
- Familiar with Fire Risk Assessment / Health & Safety terminology, able to manage external specialist contractors undertaking the actual assessments across sites
- Well organised, competent at keeping accurate and timely records pertaining to each block and its Fire Risk Assessment / Health & Safety needs
- A team player, able to liaise with in-house property managers sharing Fire Risk Assessment / Health & Safety information as required
- Able to ensure compliance with current and future legislation as it evolves through strong relationships and management of approved Fire Risk Assessment / Health & Safety contractors

The position will offer a combination of office, site and home based working and sits as a key part within the business overall.

Our client’s prestigious, well equipped and highly modern offices are in an extremely central and well served location accessible within a few minutes’ walk of both Pimlico and Victoria Stations.

Salary for the successful Fire Risk Assessment / Health & Safety Coordinator will start between £38-45k basic with additional incentives to be discussed at interview.
