**Qualifications**:
- A relevant qualification or industry experience.
- Teaching or facilitation experience in a community or adult education setting. (Desirable)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to inspire and motivate learners of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

- Design and deliver engaging and effective educational programs.

- Provide individualised support to learners as needed.

West Lancashire College is a general further education College based in Skelmersdale. We’re one of the largest employers in the West Lancashire area, employing almost 200 teaching and business support staff.
We offer academic, technical and professional qualifications at a range of levels as well as Apprenticeships. Each year we work with over 2,500 further education and work-based learners, both young people and adults, of all backgrounds and abilities.
