You can work the hours that suit you (between 9am-6pm) but must be able to be reactive to emergencies if a representative is required on site.

You will have daily support from the Operations Manager, but it is key you can manage your own calendar and motivate yourself to reach your goals. You must be ready for a challenge, every day in this job is different and boasts endless learning

Your responsibilities will include:

- Upload and manage lettings adverts
- Arrange and conduct viewings
- Weekly property checks (communal areas)
- Complete weekly fire testing
- Respond to tenant enquiries and related admin
- Check rooms following end of tenancy and ensure ready for the next tenant
- Inventory checks for new tenancies
- Maintenance support (raise issues as you see them, visit tenants if required)

You must:

- Have a UK Driving licence and a car
- Live in Reading
- Be self motivated

Preferred attributes:

- Previous rental experience
- Previous property management experience

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
