**Workshop and Manufacturing Fabricator / Improver - Swanley / Dartford**

Hours - 6.30 - 16.30, -30 mins lunch. (Flexible so you can finish early on a Friday)

Salary dependent on experience

We do not believe on anyone have a development ceiling encourage and support development within the company. Primary products are railing and mesh gates from mild steel.

Access vie public transport is extremely difficult so own transport is essential.

**Daily Responsibilities**

Kitting and issuing parts for all fabrication jobs.

Component and sub-assembly fabrication - drilling, spot welding, cutting, rolling

Learning and supporting the saw.

Fettling items after Galv QC and prep for powder coating.

Assembling of powder coated items read for shipping to sites.

Department housekeeping

Other tasks required.

**Essential skills**

Technically minded.

Keen and willing to learn.

Fit & strong so able for supporting other team mates in the workshop.

Experience working in an Engineering Workshop a **benefit**

Able to read Engineering drawings a **benefit**

Experience using equipment - pillar drills, grinders and pneumatic tooling

Counter balance forklift licence an **advantage**
