CK Group are recruiting for a QC Stability Scientist to join a biotechnology company at their site based in Abingdon on a 12 month FTC, with the potential of being up to 15 months.
**The Company**:
Our client is a pioneering, commercial-stage biotechnology company with a focus on developing and commercialising a new generation of transformative medicines. Their therapeutic focus is in oncology, infectious and autoimmune diseases. Recent investments obtainedby the company are enabling significant growth across the board to address unmet patient needs.
The salary for this role is competitive. There is an annual bonus, pension, health insurance, life assurance and subsidised gym membership.
**Location**:
The QC Stability Scientist will be based at the company's site in Abingdon, easily commutable from Oxford, Bicester, Farringdon, Swindon, Reading.
**Hours of work**:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
**Role**:
The main purpose of the role is to perform Quality Control analytical testing for stability studies, in compliance with GMP and related quality systems to ensure data integrity, and supporting related investigations, trending & reporting.
**Your Background**:

- BSc. or MSc. in protein engineering, biochemistry, molecular biology or related discipline coupled with industry experience (3+ years)
- Experience with potency assays and cell-based assays and working to GMP complianc
- Knowledge of stability study design, testing requirements and related ICH / other regulatory guidelines
- Working to QMS procedures and documenting Quality events (e.g. OOS, NCs)
