**Description**

Reporting to the Development Manager, the responsibilities of an Appian Developer include:

- Working with BA and Appian Developer to gather and analyse customer requirements.
- Design and develop technical solutions on the Appian BPM Suite based on the requirements gathered.
- Design integration requirements with other third-party platforms.
- Designing data models.
- Work with the Appian Developer to define development standards for the project in adherence to best practices.
- Performing frequent code reviews & ensuring quality of the overall delivery.
- Be a point of contact for Appian development internally.
- Planning on project releases
- Work with the Test Team, BA and Architecture Teams.

- Fluent English communication and social skills to interact with a global customer base.
