**Service Advisor**

**Work Schedule**:Mon - Fri 39 hours (Hours between 7am and 6pm)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to manage customer interactions and oversee the maintenance and repair processes for buses. This role is vital for ensuring customer satisfaction and vehicle reliability while complying with safety standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing updates on vehicle status.
- **Service Scheduling**: Schedule routine maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely service delivery.
- **Diagnostics Communication**: Relay diagnostic information for mechanical and electronic faults to customers and technicians.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions using a tablet.
- **Workshop Coordination**: Coordinate with technicians to maintain workshop cleanliness and inventory levels.
