Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie for a client located in Falmouth.

The main purpose of this job role is the day-to-day running of an allocated section of the kitchen. Ensuring that company and statutory food, hygiene and Health & Safety standards are always maintained.

Responsibility:

- ensure that you work to the standard operating procedures laid down by the Executive Head Chef and the senior kitchen management team
- work on every section in the kitchen when required
- maintain the highest level of cleanliness throughout the kitchen, including the store room, prep areas and all storage fridges
- take responsibility for your personal development and progress and work up your own knowledge profile
