**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and manage all aspects of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance are consistently met.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, procedures, and protocols to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure they meet company standards and exceed guest expectations.
- Coordinate with other departments to address guest requests and maintain effective communication channels.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping operations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment, with a commitment to maintaining a safe and hygienic environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
