Dealership Manager £45K - £70K OTE

My client has an exciting new role starting up the Dealership Team. This will have a lot of autonomy and is for someone looking to make their mark on a company.

The main duties in the role of Dealership Relationship Manager include but are not limited to;
- Formulate and iterate a market leading dealer proposition to strengthen the market share the client enjoys
- Lead and implement the strategy for the onboarding of new dealerships into the clients dealer Network. Utilising the existing office-based team and when required look to implement a regional field sales team
- Work alongside Dealership Underwriting Manger to support overall business unit growth
- Respond to all dealer related inquiries and source new opportunities to grow the CMF brand within the dealer community
- Create strong and lasting relationships with the clients dealer partners, being their 'go to' person in any situation
- Be responsible for educating dealers on the clients dealer product suite and how to use our system as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Ensuring that dealers can self-serve if required through our dealer portal once they have understood the clients processes and procedures
- Act appropriately in supporting dealers to treat their customers fairly Job Title
