1. Administer and monitor the financial records to ensure that all finances for New Ash Green Village Association, and Lance Croft Residents Society, are maintained in an accurate and timely manner including (but not limited to):

- Recording and banking all payments received
- Computer input of all financial and banking data using appropriate software
- Preparation of all invoices relating to the company
- Assisting with preparation of all data necessary for quarterly and annual audits using appropriate software
- Monthly reconciliation of all bank statements
- In conjunction with Office Manager and VA Treasurer, assisting with preparation of budgets, cash flow forecast and financial management reports
- Assisting with preparation of all returns to Government Agencies
- All aspects of bookkeeping including sales and purchase ledger input, reconciliations, journals and nominal ledger administration
- Credit control
- Administration of the direct debit system
- Dealing with any queries relating to contributions or other finance related queries
- Assist Office Manager with any other financial matters that may arise

2. Responsible for Payroll using appropriate software including (but not limited to):
- Processing monthly/weekly payroll including HMRC and statutory requirements
- Payroll administration: new starters, leavers, holidays, changes SSP etc
- Processing absence and sickness records and other related matters
- Fulfilling pension requirements (auto-enrolment)

3. Other duties include (but not limited to):
- Day to day general clerical and administrative duties
- Liaise with suppliers and utilities as and when required to secure competitive contracts
- Assisting with all matters of communications, both internal and external

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,500.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
