Bubble Tea Barista

As a Bubble Tea Barista, you will be a people person with fantastic front of house skills, great attention to detail and a desire to learn. You will support the store manager in the daily running of the store. With your passion we will grow our business.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide great product and customer service
- Create a fun working environment for you and your fellow team members
- Stay confident in a fast-paced working environment
- Keep a clean and organised working area throughout the day
- Maintain high company standards in health and safety practices
- Support the store management team

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Passion and knowledge of the hospitality sector
- Self-motivated and inspiring
- Be available flexibly during operational hours (including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays)
- Experience within the hospitality sector would be a distinct advantage

You will be operating our flagship store located in the heart of Leicester city centre, working with a team of part time and full-time team members in a fun filled environment focused on customer service and product quality at all times.

**Salary**: £7.50-£9.50 per hour

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- food preparation & handling: 1 year (preferred)
