We are now recruiting for a proactive, motivated individual to join us as a Sales Incentive Co-ordinator supporting the Sales Incentive Manager, with ownership of two key channels; Affinity & Motability. Your tasks will be varied and include daily claims handling to weekly payments and monthly reconciliations. You will be the first point of contact for Dealers with queries relating to these channels. You will also be tasked to report on vehicle profitability and performance. Additionally providing support to the Finance Operations Manager where required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Incentives**
- **Affinity Channel**
- Process Dealer Affinity claims on iNet & complete payment runs on a weekly basis
- Manage Dealer Affinity queries inbox in a timely manner
- **Motability Channel**
- Complete payment runs to Dealer’s on a weekly basis
- Reconcile Motability payments against weekly registrations
- Manage Dealer Motability queries inbox in a timely manner
- **Month-end**
- Affinity & Motability reconciliations completed within specified time
- Accurate accruals for Affinity & Motability channels
- **Reporting & other**
- Analyse incentive spending & profitability
- Accurate and timely accounting and reporting for all aspects of the role
- Periodical reporting on key business performances to the Executive Team
- Ad-Hoc Dealer queries handled efficiently and on time.

**Operations**
- Assist physical stocktake of new/used car stock and help produce reconciliation between general ledger and stock report
- Assist with daily/weekly reports as required.
- Process vehicle shipments when due and liaise with factories or Supply/Sales departments as appropriate
- Ensure manifests are correct and in accordance with factory invoices and costing files
- Reconcile & follow up any cost discrepancies with Factory & Product department
- Assist with customs import procedures as required
- Accurate accruals for various cost items including balance sheet reconciliation of the accruals

**Direct Channel Sales**
- Pricing contracts for our Direct Customers & liaising with fleet colleagues as required
- Analysing direct channel spending & profitability

**Other**
- Assist with internal and external audits as required
- Ad-hoc tasks

**Person Specification**:

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident in ability working with formulas within MS Excel (intermediate minimum)
- Ability to work under pressure and complete work to deadlines
- Numerate
- Well organised with good system skills
- Willing to learn and take on responsibility and new challenges
- Ability to offer a high level of service to internal and external customers
- Good team player and able to work across department
