**We are looking to expand our team at Mackworth Vehicle Conversion Specialist and currently have vacancies for Van Convertors, based in our workshop facility at Derby.**

You would be responsible undertaking various aspects of vehicle conversions, on a wide range of vehicle models. Installing and commissioning various parts and components, and working with different materials, hand tools and power tools, during vehicle interior builds.

Key responsibilities include:

- Installation of internal fittings to light commercial vehicles, as per drawings and customer specifications, using hand tools and power tools.
- Interpreting drawing layouts, for vehicle linings, internal storage and other equipment.
- Measuring and cutting materials to the correct specifications.
- Fitting, assembling and commissioning components, as required, to specification or drawings.
- Previous experience or relevant industry experience of installing components using assembly instructions within a workshop environment.
- The ability to read and understand build instructions
- Proven ability to work using own initiative
- Ability to communicate well with other team members
- Demonstrate commitment, reliability and good time-keeping

Providing a full bespoke conversions designed from concept to manufacturing, from our centrally located site in Derby, East Midlands.

**Salary**: £22,500.00-£27,000.00 per year
