Achieve and maintain the highest standards of procurement support to all our customers by ensuring all stock requirements are replenished as necessary to maintain the agreed inventory levels and within the agreed timescales.
- Ensure that all stock deliveries are processed efficiently and within the correct time frames whilst maintaining high standards of housekeeping and always follow safety and security practices and report any damage or discrepancies.
- Responsible for the storage and distribution of all stock and to use your initiative to sort out any problems and escalate to line manager as when deemed necessary and communicate non-moving stock and stock out information.
- Perform general stockroom duties to include but not limited to housekeeping, put-away, stock rotation, cycle counts, systematic replenishments, and other functions according to customer requirements and service level agreements.
- Perform administration support activities to include but not limited to order entry, expediting, customer call resolution, return goods authorisation, processing of backorders, vendor and customer interaction and problem resolution.

We provide a range of non
- clinical services to GHNT and other NHS organisations. Our services include: estates, facilities services, procurement, medical engineering and devices, endoscopy decontamination and sterile services, transport, out-patient pharmacy, and prevention & management of violence & aggression training (PMVA).

In addition we provide consultancy services, advising clients on all aspects of establishing a subsidiary company within an NHS body to the provision of VAT compliance advice.
