Join Our Team as an Experienced Car Mechanic

Are you an experienced car mechanic looking for an exciting new challenge? We have an excellent opportunity for you to join our team and service our diverse fleet of vehicles, including cars, vans, trailers, and more. Based at our state-of-the-art workshop near Exeter, you'll also provide essential mobile breakdown support.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and repair our fleet in line with manufacturer guidelines and company policies.
- Ensure vehicles exceed DVSA minimum standards between scheduled services.
- Adhere to the service planner and company policies for vehicle maintenance.
- Uphold Health & Safety compliance at all times.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Qualified mechanic (Level 2 & 3)
- Proficient with modern fault code reader diagnostic systems
- Extensive knowledge of light vehicles
- Hold a Category B driving licence

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Deliver high standards of work consistently
- Collaborate effectively within a team and take initiative
- Flexible with working hours and days
- Meet specified deadlines for tasks
- Organised with paperwork, including job sheets and parts ordering
- Hold relevant licences to drive or test vehicles and equipment

Pay: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
