We are recruiting for Food and Beverage Assistants for our brand new Brasserie, our hotel bars and Banqueting department, who would like to come join our highly successful team at Shaw Hill Golf and Spa Hotel. Shaw Hill is a stunning grade 2 listed manor house with function rooms, restaurant, leisure club, hotel and Golf course. We are looking for someone with a warm, personable nature, a can do attitude and an eye for detail in order to contribute to the hotels success as part of a wider team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with food and beverage preparation and service
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take orders and serve food and drinks to customers
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Clean and maintain the dining & Banquetting areas, including tables, chairs, and floors
- Assist in restocking inventory and supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
