I am currently recruiting for a Procurement Manager to join a NHS Trust based in Kent, on an initial 3-month contract, Inside IR35, paying up to £270 per day.

The purpose of the role is to ensure that tendering and contracting activity in respect of goods and services is undertaken in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (including subsequent amendments), Trust Standing Orders and Standing FinancialInstructions, in support of the strategic objectives of the Trust.

To provide advice and guidance to operational colleagues regarding market testing, tendering, procurement, contract management and cost saving efficiencies.

This is a dedicated point of contact for Trust directorates, responsible for driving collaboration between the stakeholders and the Procurement function in the effective management of non-pay activity.
