- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Providing general administrative support to the team

- Phone etiquette: Excellent verbal communication skills with a polite and professional phone manner
- Computer skills: Proficiency in using computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
- Office management: Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
- QuickBooks: Experience or familiarity with QuickBooks software for basic bookkeeping tasks
- Data entry: Accurate and efficient data entry skills to input information into databases or spreadsheets
- Clerical skills: Strong attention to detail for tasks such as filing documents, organizing paperwork, and maintaining records
- Administrative skills: Ability to handle administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
