Picture Framer

Responsibilities
- Measure, cut, and assemble frames according to customer specifications
- Select appropriate materials and tools for framing projects
- Mount artwork, or other items securely within frames
- Inspect finished frames for quality and accuracy
- Collaborate with customers to determine framing options and provide recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organised work area

Experience
- Previous experience as a picture framer preferred
- Knowledge of various framing techniques and materials
- Ability to use framing machinery and power tools, safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with customers
