**NI Housing Executive - Handy Person
- Coleraine**

**Employees Benefits**:

- **Hourly Rate**:£11.18p/h
- **Location**: Coleraine
- **Hours of Work**:37 hrs per week, 8.30am - 4.30pm Mon to Thursday and 8.30am - 4pm on Fridays.
- Weekends off

**Duties**:

- Provide an emergency call out service, at night and weekends, on a rota basis.
- Responsible for completing routine maintenance, undertaking repairs and tackling a range of other practical tasks.
- Roof work repairs (tiles and chimney), patching of plaster and brickwork, concrete paths and erecting metal handrails, sewer repairs, flagging and other general labouring tasks.

**Criteria**:

- 2 year’s relevant experience in a similar role ie handy person / labourer or equivalent.
- A full current driving licence and access to a form of transport.
- _As part of the reference checking and vetting process for this position you will be requested to undertake a Basic AccessNI Disclosure._
