We have an exciting opportunity for a Report Writer to join our growing engineering consultancy.

**Job Title**: Report Writer - Associate Fire Engineer

**Location**: Home-based / Work from home / Flexible working / Remote working

**Salary**: £250 per report

**Employment Status**: Self-employed

As such, we provide specialist services to a diverse range of building projects and housing schemes. Our Fire Engineering services include (but are not restricted to):

- Fire Strategies (using Approved Document B and other codes)
- Cladding and external wall assessments
- Ad hoc fire testing of materials
- Computer Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modelling
- Fire Risk Assessments

From the simplest residential schemes, to more complex multi-storey mixed-use developments, we consistently and successfully deliver high quality consultancy support to our clients.

Our consultancy has experienced considerable growth over the past year and as such, we are looking for bright and competent engineers (preferably with a fire engineering background) to write outline fire reports.

You will need to be focused, self-motivated, have a good command of the English language, be able to work independently and pride yourself on your accuracy and attention to detail in your work.

You will work as an associate on a self-employed basis and be remunerated £250 for each report you write for us. You will receive full training and report templates to assist you in your role.
