An exciting role has become available for a dedicated **Pressure Vessel** **Fabricator** with one of the UK’s leading manufacturers at their site based in **Warrington**.

**What’s on offer?**
- £24.00 - £28.00 per hour (Inclusive of Bonus)
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Early finish on Fridays
- Overtime available (paid at enhanced rate)
- 25 days holiday (excluding bank holidays)

**What will you be doing as a Pressure Vessel Fabricator?**
- Taking charge of the fabrication process for pressure vessels, interpreting from drawings and selecting the right materials for fabrication
- Using 2D AutoCAD to assist in the design and fabrication process
- Undertaking TAC fabrication tasks to ensure each project meets company standards of quality
- Working with written work Instruction to ensure the final component conforms to the drawing and planning specification
- Selecting appropriate tools, equipment and materials in preparation of fitting operation
- Positioning and fastening work pieces
- Measuring, examining, and visually inspecting components to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micrometres and verniers
- Inputting production tickets on to SAP on completion of operations
- Reporting any equipment fault or unusual occurrence
- Meeting deadlines, be flexible dependable and time conscious and to work with minimum supervision
- Complying with the Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and identify health and safety hazards prior to the commencement of work

**What do you need?**
- Previous pressure vessel experience
- Experienced in alloy fusion
- An understanding of how to read and interpret engineering drawings
