Qualified Butcher

Fully qualified Butcher or Trainee Butcher, must have retail shop experience, smart appearance, good English and communication skills. Long established Family Butchers.

**The Job Responsibilities**:

- Counter and Multi Deck Replenishment and serving customers throughout the day.
- Excellent Customer Service skills are essential.
- Breaking down carcasses into primary and secondary cuts.
- Knowledge of meat cutting and techniques.
- Preparing cuts for weighing and packing.
- Ensuring work areas are clean and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards.
- Part-time from 24 hours. Will be required to cover for holidays
- Full time 40 hours
- Work efficiently as part of a team and being able to work and meet timescales.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area.
- Follow and adhere to our company standards, standard operating procedures and follow legal guidelines for Food Hygiene and Health & Safety.
- Have enthusiasm, energy and passion.
- Must have a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Fluent English
- Either of the job roles available:
Skilled Butcher with a minimum of 1 years’ experience
Trainee Butcher - no experience necessary - must be willing to learn
