This role working at Martin Court and Rowland Court will help maintain clean and hygienic environments for our customers. Based close to local transport connections and based within walking distance of each other, the role is offered on a permanent, part-time basis, for 12 hours per week working the following shift pattern; 10am - 1pm Monday & Friday at our Martin Court site, and 10am - 1pm Tuesday and Thursday at our Rowland Court site. Both sites are an independent living scheme for over 60’s.

The role primarily consists of cleaning communal spaces, bathrooms, kitchens, bin areas, laundry rooms, one guest room and offices area within the schemes, with some other cleaning duties that may need addressing.

**The Role**

Joining as our Cleaner at our Martin Court and Rowland Court sites, you’ll like to keep things looking great. You’ll know the importance of why a good standard of cleanliness and hygiene is important to our customers and will support our site in achieving this vital goal.

Whether that be ensuring that communal floors are cleaned, windows are sparkling or surfaces as spotless, you know what good looks like. You’ll be directly creating an environment that supports us in improving lives through the provision of fantastic living spaces for our customers.

Within this role you will join a welcoming and friendly team who are committed to delivering a heartfelt service.

**About You**

Whilst awareness of health and safety requirements would be desirable, we will also offer training to develop your knowledge in this area. As part of this role you will also need to be comfortable in working with our customers
