The role:
As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dedicated teaching staff in creating an inspiring and engaging educational experience for all students.

What we are looking for:

- A passion for working with children and helping them succeed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and nurturing approach
- Team player mentality, eager to collaborate with teachers and staff
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced educational environment
- Previous experience working with children, either in a classroom setting or through relevant volunteer work (this is a must)

Desired qualifications:

- A minimum of a Level 2 or equivalent in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
- GCSE in English and Maths at grace C/4 or above
- Relevant certifications or courses in child development or education

**Salary**: £62.87-£98.28 per day
