**Location**:
Cheltenham, Gloucester co-work spaces and remote. You will be needed at events and client visits, so access to a car is essential.

**Terms**:
Part-time or full-time.

Salary depends on experience.

**About us**:
Alice Violet Creative offers strategic content marketing services such as video, photography, and podcasts. We primarily work with brands that have a technical or complex product or service, enabling them to communicate effectively.

**The Role**:
This dynamic and demanding role suits an ambitious creative professional who loves variety and is keen to learn. AVC is growing, and we are seeking an ambitious individual who is self-motivated and reliable to support us.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
Lead the delivery of photography, video, and podcast content.

Manage the production of video, photography and podcast content.

Managed editing and post-production, including graphics, animation, audio, and multi-camera editing.

Manage the sourcing and use of stock content.

Have a presence within the Cheltenham business and cybersecurity communities to raise the profile of AVC.

Support alongside other colleagues on content production days.

**Skills Required for the Role**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A creative approach to digital and content marketing

At least two years of experience in audio production and editing.

At least two years of experience in multi-camera video production and editing.

At least two years experience in business photography production and editing.

Adobe Premiere Pro.

Adobe Audition

Adobe Photoshop.

Experience Preferred for the Role (not essential)

Experience working at a tech or cybersecurity company.

Experience working for a start-up or busy agency.

Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for websites and social media.

Podcast production and editing.

Live stream and event content management.
