A family run establishment, the New Moon restaurants exude a warm, welcoming atmosphere, quality drink, and, perhaps above all, wonderful food. Enthusiastic owner and chef TK and his wife Irena tested this formula successfully at their previous space on the Gloucester Rd, winning great reviews and loyal customers, before making the positive decision to move to the heart of Clifton in early 2015. They have since opened a larger restaurant on the Quay and are keen to expand the business further.

Our exciting menu features well-known and loved tapas classics served with a modern and elegant twist. We believe that delicious food is best enjoyed when shared with friends and family. That is why we designed our menu in a way that engages our guests and creates a social experience. Every fortnight, TK explores a different country’s cuisine and produces a unique interpretation of iconic dishes.

We would like to find an energetic, forward thinking person to help develop the business with new ideas, and someone who has experience in supervising a mid-sized restaurant.

In this role, you will supervise the front of house team, order drinks and other front of house supplies, manage the stock, recruit and train new staff members. You will work with TK and Irina to get the best out of the staff and the restaurant.
