**Job in a nutshell**:
As a Client Services Associate you are the first point of contact to help our investors with information and onboarding. You will also help us to provide the best support to our existing clients.

The role will require you to answer queries on a range of topics from how to use our website, to talking about our investment portfolios in detail. While communicating with our clients and prospects you will also aim to spot opportunities that will help them reach their financial goals.

What you'll do:

- You will be an essential contact for our customers, providing support and knowledge on the products and services that will support customers through their financial journey
- Be adaptive, you'll need to use soft skills to adapt your tone to each customer and be able to really understand their needs
- Be prepared to answer phone calls
- Be able to handle difficult conversations and potential complaints that may arise
