The position we are seeking to fill is for a Proposal Co-ordinator to Collaborate with Operational Management and Business Development to bring together the correct cost assumptions and calculate prices using Excel cost models. Prepare accurate and well-presented proposals and other documentation required to support the sale of Metabolism services. Work closely with Operational and Business Development colleagues to identify areas for further efficiency in the contracting process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish in collaboration with Operations and Business Development colleagues, detailed information from the client to get an accurate understanding of the project to be costed.
- Collect, analyse and collate cost related information to provide colleagues with comprehensive and accurate cost information to incorporate into client proposals.
- Prepare contract documents (Proposals, Contract Amendments, Work Orders etc).
- Actively participate in continuous improvement processes aimed at driving efficiencies in the contracting process.
- Actively update and fully utilize the CRM database ensuring that information is current and that opportunities, reports and other functionalities are appropriately populated to enhance the value of the CRM system to the entire organization.
- Assist and support Sales meetings administration - meeting room bookings, agenda and so on.
- Prepare regular reports from CRM allowing measurement of KPIs against targets
- Maintain and update electronic client files seeking opportunities to streamline and improve

**Qualification**:

- Broad IT competency - MS Office and CRM systems (Salesforce exposure is advantageous)
- Team player - able to work well with various stakeholders
- Excellent listening, oral and written communication skills
- Strong networking and relationship building skills
- Good time management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines

The Rushden site is a centre of excellence for Radiolabelled Sciences incorporating both Metabolism (which includes Clinical Metabolism, Pre-clinical ADME, In vitro and DDI services, Large Molecule Metabolism, Environmental Fate, Plant Metabolism and Metabolite Identification) in addition to Chemistry (which includes API and IMP manufacture).
