- Work with a team or alone.
- Enter buildings and work areas without interruption or complaint.
- Use safety equipment safely and properly.
- Be able to stand on a ladder and work at various heights.
- Wash windows using a garden hose and hand tools.
- Communicate with co-workers and customers.
