**Role**
Located near Heathrow, our client has a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic person to work in a busy hire environment, reporting directly to the Hire Manager. You will be based at the main workshop near Heathrow, and they offer parking.

As a representative of the Company, you must have excellent customer focus & strong communication skills and be able to work autonomously to a high standard sometimes under time pressure.

Some Industry experience and an understanding of broadcast technology would be advantageous, but not essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Liaising with Clients, taking telephone bookings and scheduling projects
- Logistics
- Scheduling entries onto a resource allocation bookings system
- Helping keep the technical team organised and well supported
- General office support
- Working closely with the Management and Directors of the Company

**What they are looking for**
- Confident in dealing with customers on the telephone
- MS skills
- Ideally industry experience
- Professional, articulate, hardworking and committed
