**ECOLOGICAL OPERATIVE**

ES Mitigation & Management are solution driven, landscape contractors with expertise in ecological mitigation works.

Specialists in all types of:

- Ecological/Agricultural fencing
- Site/Vegetation clearance
- Badger mitigation services
- Habitat creation and maintenance

ES Mitigation & Management are looking for operatives to join a busy, friendly team working on sites throughout the United Kingdom. Work involves both small and large scale vegetation clearance projects (tree, hedge felling etc), installing all types of ecological fencing, and creating and managing a wide variety of green spaces.

**Essential qualifications and experience**
- CSCS card

**Desirable qualifications and experience**
- NTPC brush cutter
- NTPC Chainsaw (CS30/31/39/40)
- PA1/PA6 Spraying
- Tractor experience
- Chipper qualification/experience
- CPCS/NPORS Excavator
- CPCS/NPORS Skid steer
- Machinery maintenance
- First aid at work qualification
- Planting and seeding
- Fencing
- Vegetation clearance

**Job Type**
- Full-time, permanent (47.5 hours per week)
- Salary according to experience
- Equipment, travel, accommodation, and subsistence expenses will be provided.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
