Prehires Co-ordinator

Circa £25,000 per annum dependent on skills and experience

Fixed Term Contract - 6 months / Full Time

**Location**: Huntingdon & Home Working

Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be Lancaster House, Huntingdon and you will be expected to attend the office 1-2 times per week, usually Wednesday and Thursdays.

What will you be doing?

Working in the Prehires team your role will be varied and wide ranging, a flexible and adaptable approach is key to your success. We work in a customer focused and fast paced environment therefore the ability to deliver an accurate service whilst remaining positive, calm, and focused is vital.

Within the Prehires team you will be responsible for updating employee details on Workday. This will include processing of starters and movers, generating employment contracts and secondment letters as well as administering all pre-employment checks, working closely with our third-party suppliers, ensuring compliance is maintained.

What does it take to be a Prehires Co-ordinator?

Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Good IT skills with proven experience of MS Office
Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new systems/processes
Ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
Excellent all-round communication skills and adapting your style to suit different audiences
Proven experience using O365 is key to delivery in this role
Excellent planning and organisational skills
Effective communication skills
Excellent attention to detail.
