Maintenance Handyman/woman

The individual will be required to complete general maintenance of the building and outside area;
Person required with good all-round knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrics, carpentry and general maintenance.

Must be able to work unsupervised as part of a team and/or work alone when required.

Family run business, due to the nature of our business, some weekend work (Saturday and Sunday) will be required at certain times of the year, time off in lieu can be given during the week.
- Pat testing electrics. (with the required qualification.) Fire testing. Legionella Testing.
- Attend mandatory training, meetings and supervisions.
- Request Purchasing items for maintenance items
- Completing all relevant paperwork

Applicant must hold a full driving license with access to their own vehicle.

**Salary**: £9.50-£15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Mansfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Facilities Maintenance Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
- Maintenance: 1 year (preferred)
