General set up of bar and restaurant.
Warmly welcome guests. Manage table bookings.
Take orders for food and drink and be able to describe both to customers.
Manage the rota and adjust for quiet/busy periods.
Communicate clearly any allergies or requests to the kitchen.
Make sure standards are maintained by all staff.
Motivate staff to give them a fun but efficient environment.
**Salary**: £23,942.00-£25,169.00 per year
